What does a professional organizer do?
  • Professional organizers support, and educate, clients in developing systems and processes; and planning actions to improve various aspects of their lives. That is accomplished by having compassionate, nonjudgmental discussions that lead to teachable moments.
  • By hiring an organizer you will feel more productive, learn organizing techniques, find things faster because of reduced clutter, feel less stressed, and gain an overall improved quality of life.
What is included in your services?
  • A free consultation to assess your needs and concerns; provision of the agreed upon service(s); complimentary haul of donation items (exclusions apply).
How long will everything take to complete?
  • Every client has individual needs, so each project is different. The timing of the service(s) from start to finish varies by project needs and details, size of the space, items to be organized, and client’s time availability.
Do I need to purchase any organizing items beforehand?
  • The organizer will determine what is needed after sorting, and first try to repurpose items the client already has been utilizing. If additional items are needed to complete the desired system, a list of items will be provided. Just BE is available to do the personal shopping of these items; the cost of the additional items will be added to the final service invoice.
What happens after you leave?
  • We know that it is easy to slip back into old habits…and clutter builds up fast! The client will receive a followup call and email within 45 days of the service. If a refresher service or more detailed maintenance plan is needed, we can determine that also.
Will we have a signed agreement?
  • Yes. The written agreement will outline the services to be rendered, and the relationship between Just BE, LLC. and the client.
